Bakels Chocolate Lava Cake Mix 500g

A premix for producing a chocolate lava cake with an oozy centre. Rich, moist crumb, with a fudgy centre when baked.

Yield - approx 10-12 Muffin Size Cakes

Place 500g of Chocolate Lava Cake Mix, 265ml of vegetable oil and 210ml of water into a mixing bowl. Beat on slow speed for 1 minute. Scrape down. Mix on medium speed for 1 minute. Pre heat oven to 195°C (Fan Bake). Deposit 60g-70g mix into muffin tins. (Muffin liners work best). Bake for 13-15 minutes then allow to cool.
