Ingredients
Cake Base: 1 kg Bakels Fruit Cake Mix, 500 g Water, 300 g Egg
Fruit Mix: 1 kg Sultanas, 300 g Raisins, 200 g Currants, 130 g Mixed Peel, 170 g Red Glacé Cherries, 30 g Glycerine
Method

Mix cake mix, water & eggs on low 1 min. Scrape down. Mix on medium 3 mins.

Add fruit mix. Blend on low 2 mins until evenly combined.

Spoon into tins. Bake at 160 °C until cooked through.
Tip: For best results, wash & drain fruit, mix with cherries, peel, glycerine & a little rum flavouring, cover & leave overnight.
