Method

Mix: Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl. Beat on low speed for 1 minute.

Scrape: Scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl.

Beat: Mix on high speed for 5 minutes, then reduce to medium speed for a further 2 minutes.

Bake: Pour batter into prepared cake tins or trays.

Oven Temperature: Bake at 175°C until cooked through. Baking time will vary depending on cake size and tin depth.
Suitable for: Block cakes, sheet cakes, bar cakes and cupcakes.
