Bakels Buttacake Mix 1kg

A top selling Australian made buttacake mix! Perfect for covering in buttercream, chocolate ganache or fondant. 

1kg Mix will produce a  8" x 4" high cake or 24 - 30 standard size cupcakes.

1. Place 1.00kg Bakels Buttacake mix, 0.250kg of egg (4x70g eggs) and 450ml of water into a mixing bowl.
2. Blend for 1 minute on low speed, scrape down.
3. Mix for 7-10 minutes on second speed.
4. Deposit as required. Bake at 180°C. Check after 45 minutes with a skewer and continue baking as required. For cupcakes, check after 18 minutes. 
   Notes: Check your egg box for size. If baking a tray of cake or large speciality occasion cake, line the baking tray or tin with a layer of cardboard and bake on a lower temperature.
