A gluten free all purpose cake mix that’s allergen friendly!

Our gluten free all purpose cake mix is free from: gluten, wheat, soy, dairy, tree nuts and peanuts. Better still, our entire factory is purpose built to manufacture these allergy free products so you don’t have to worry about traces of them in your food.

All You Need to Bring to the Party:

🥚 3 medium eggs
🍌 1 mashed banana
💧 ¼ cup (65mL) water
🫒 ½ cup oil

How to Make It:

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 160°C fan-forced. Grease and line a loaf tin.
2️⃣ In a large bowl, mix banana bread mix, mashed banana, eggs, water, and oil with an electric mixer on medium speed for 1 minute.
3️⃣ Pour into the prepared tin and bake for 50 minutes.
4️⃣ Let cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

🥳 Plant-Based Party? No Problem!

Swap the eggs for Well & Good Egg Replacer or use 2 tbsp chia seeds + 6 tbsp water per egg. Let chia mix sit for 10 minutes, then you’re good to go!
