Neutral Hedgehog Slice Mix 500g

Place 500g of Hedgehog Slice Mix, along with 100g of melted butter and 50-60ml of water into a mixing bowl. Beat on low speed for 15 seconds. Scrape down. Optional (Add 75g of your selected spread into the bowl).  Continue to mix on low speed until well combined. Press firmly into ungreased baking tray. 

Pour melted chocolate (White Truffle) and selected spread on top and smooth out. Leave to set in the fridge overnight.
