Vizyon Ready to Use Neutral Mirror Glaze provides a shiny and glamorous coating that is simple and easy to use.
Vizyon Ready to Use Glaze will enhance the appearance and allure of your pastry products through its colour, shine and flavour. In addition the Vizyon glazes will minimise moisture loss from your cakes and maintain a long-lasting shine. Vizyon Glazes are freeze-thaw stable. Best of all, the Ready to Use Glaze is gluten free and vegan, with no animal by-products.
The Vizyon Ready to Use Mirror Glaze provides an optimum consistency in it’s liquid form, with no water required to be added. It can be poured and used straight from the bottle. A gorgeous, shimmery appearance which can be used as a glaze layer for cakes, fruits, pastries and tarts, sealing in freshness and adding to its shelf life.
The Neutral Mirror glaze has a light vanilla flavour that will not spoil or over-power the flavour in the cake. Achieve a nice shimmering glaze over your treats without over-sugaring the taste. Achieve different colour profiles through adding colouring to create opaque colours.
Great for use over donuts, pastries and cupcakes to add colour and flavour. Pour the glaze into a bowl and dip donuts straight into the glaze. Fantastic also to use over cheesecakes, mousse cakes and birthday cakes.
Ideal to use for drip cake finishes either out of the bottle, or through a piping bag. The glaze will run down the cake and then settle with a nice soft finish. And if you need to touch up a drip, the glaze can also be re-added to extend or thicken an existing drip.
In addition, you will find the Neutral glaze is perfect for use as a cake gel, with a tacky texture and the light vanilla taste.
Without the need to add water, you will find that the Ready to Use glaze will have;
- no air bubbles
- a more shiny and smoother appearance
- a more stable finish after application to cakes with no rubberisation of the glaze
- Shake bottle well for 8-10 seconds
- Apply the glaze directly over the pastry products, or other items such as ice cream, pound cake, muffins, or donuts for decorative purposes
- Smooth out if required using a brush or spatula
- Can also be applied to plated desserts to add and enhance the appearance and decoration
